The Old Scholar
The Old Scholar web site contains the work of a graduate student at George Mason University in Farifax, Virginia. Now that I have all three of my children though school and starting life of their own I decided to spend some time having fun. I like to study history so I guess I'm not only an old scholar I'm a scholar of old things.
In the future I hope to expand this site to include work from all of my clases, not just this one.
The HI 697 Portfolio
This particular portfolio was created to contain the work that meets the requirements of HI 697 History and New Media (2008). The exact requirement is
There are four preliminary assignements, one major assignment, and a blog required for the course. All of the assignments should be part of a website (a web portfolio) that includes a home page and navigation to the various assignments. At the conclusion of each assignment, the link to the assignment should be forwarded to the instructor for inclusion on the instructor’s course page. This site should be separate from your final project, although elements of the preliminary assignments may appear in your final project.
